As an Engineering graduate from Andhra Pradesh, Yamini Chandra Roy (Y C Roy), joined as a Teaching Assistant at Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani (BITS, Pilani) in 1991. He went on to do his Masters degree at BITS. The same year he became a Life member of Indian Society for Technical Education. In a matter of six years at BITS, Pilani he was promoted to Assistant Professor. Y C Roy is a top-notch administrator with more than 10 years' experience in Education and extensively involved in training and imparting education for IT professionals. He has the experience of assisting the design and execution of the entire Training and Induction program of over 500 Campus recruits at Wipro Technologies during the year 2000-01 and also joined Wipro Technologies as Manager-Training in June 2001 and is currently looking after the entire Wipro Virtual Campus. |

Bimal Rath, currently Director HR and Project Support with British Telecom is an alumni of XLRI , Jamshedpur, with Post Graduation in HR and Systems.
He has worked with Eicher Group of companies for about 9 years at two manufacturing units and at the corporate office. His last assignment was as Head of HR for their largest unit. Eicher is known for its progressive people policies and pioneering role in the HR movement in India. He subsequently worked with Cadene, world leader in Electronic Design automation products and services, a Silicon Valley based US$ company as Director HR for their India region.
He is an accredited facilitator for ' Managing Personal Growth- a value orientation program,' ' Performance Counselling' using the Carl Rogers model, 'Managing accountable teams' and 'Team Agreements'.
He was awarded the Best Young Manager's award as part of a three member team by All India Management in 1993. He is currently President of the Delhi Chapter of National HRD Network. His professional interests include organisation design and compensation management. |

Dr. Usha Vyasulu Reddy, currently Director, The Commonwealth Educational Media Centre for Asia, New Delhi was formerly Professor of Communication and Director, Audio Visual Research Centre, Osmania University.
With more than 25 years of experience in teaching, production and research communication and educational technology, Dr. Reddy has been involved with developments in national and international activities in the deployment of communication and information technologies for education and development.
Widely published, she is the recipient of several international fellowships for advanced research. Her current work entails the management of an international agency established by the Commonwealth of Learning to address the distance education and educational media needs of public domain institutions in Commonwealth Asia.
